Mette is a seasoned Sales Manager with over 35 years in the IT industry, including 24+ years in consultant sales and IT specialist staffing. She has held senior positions such as IT Manager, Team Lead, and Sales Director.
Known for her strong sense of quality and efficiency, Mette ensures that the right consultants are matched with the right assignments. She plays an active role in both scoping and selection processes, with a clear focus on successful outcomes for both client and consultant.
Karsten advises companies and organisations to reach their goals in a dynamic and complex reality by developing and executing strategies as well as contributes to implement the necessary changes.
He has more than 20 years of international experience from top management and board work from IT, medico-tech and media- & entertainment industries. Both in regards to private-, listed- and government-owned companies. As managing director he has transformed companies within the challenged music industry from national monopolies to globally competetive actors. Karsten has furthermore, in his capacity as both director and advisor, been active in the development of international joint ventures based on large-scale IT and organizational changes programs.
Anders has worked with Bid Management since 2009, where he has been responsible for all processes concerning bidding to both public, self-owned institutions and privately-owned companies within, for example, production, pharmaceuticals, utility- and energy companies.
He works continuously with quality assurance and is responsible for our tenders and processes and the subsequent submission of bids and tenders. Anders is particularly good at contract coordination and writing winning tenders. Anders’ focus is always to offer the optimal proposal for the customer, which addresses the challenges and needs that the customer has and therefore also addresses the value and utilisation with the customer’s current needs. Anders runs the bid management processes with overview and creativity so that the understanding anchors what constitutes a winning offer, and at the same time, helps to develop Maximize Consult’s strategic focus within tenders.

She has extensive experience in establishing trust-based partnerships with clients and consultants, ensuring that solutions are well anchored and create real value within the organization.
Lone has many years of experience in sales, client responsibility, and stakeholder management, as well as a solid leadership background. She is a certified Prosci Change Practitioner and works in a dialogue-based, structured, and people-centered manner – with a focus on impact and long-term relationships.
Morten is a highly experienced IT consultant with more than 35 years of expertise in PL/SQL development, data analysis, and performance optimization and administration of Oracle databases.
He is known for his thoroughness, technical sharpness, and ability to deliver stable, well-founded solutions. With a friendly and professional approach, Morten quickly builds trust and delivers value in even the most complex environments.
